Rosemary V. Shogren age 69 of Spring Green passed away peacefully at home with family at her side on Monday, February 18, 2019 at her residence following a long illness. She was born on November 4, 1949 in Stamford, CT the daughter of Robert and Rosemary (McNally) Larson. Rosemary was married on September 5, 1970 to John Shogren. She was a military wife and later a member of Christ Lutheran Church, an excellent quilter, liked a good cup of tea, enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and family. Survivors include, her husband, John Shogren of Spring Green, 2 daughters, Tracy (Jerry) Lawrence of Mt. Juliet, TN, Rebecca (Richard) Pickell of San Antonio, TX, 5 grandchildren, Stephanie and Jerry Lawrence, Samantha, Joseph and Caleb Pickell, 3 sisters, Maureen (Jack) Sullivan of Phoenix, AZ, Ellen (Steve) Keown of Chattanooga, TN, Annie Hill of Mundelein, IL, a brother, Robert Larson of Cape Coral, FL., many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Rosemary Larson. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Christ Lutheran Church in Spring Green with Rev. Kirsten Curtis officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 11:30 A.M. at the Acacia Park Cemetery, 7800 Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL. Memorials will be given to Mayo Clinic Alzheimer’s Research. Online condolences available at The Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home of Spring Green is assisting the family with the arrangements.
