Florence E.  eeker age 94 of Richland Center passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Pine Valley Health Care & Rehabilitation Center.  She was born on January 19, 1918 in Franklin Township the daughter of Henry and Lillian (Needham) Ferstl.  Florence was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic
Church in Richland Center and loved bowling, dancing and trips to Las Vegas.  Survivors include, 3 sons, Jim  (Marilyn) Meeker of Richland Center, Lyle (Marian) Meeker of Middleton, Dennis  (Jane) Meeker of McFarland, 8 grandchildren, Jim Meeker and Mindy (Mike) Osborn both of Arkansas, Chad Meeker of Richland Center, Paula (Brian) Forss of  Edgerton, Peter Meeker of  Middleton, Penny (Chad) Danks of Edgerton, Tim (Sandy) Meeker of Waunakee, Julie Meeker of Florida, 5 step grandchildren, Cindy Feltman of Beloit, Sandy (Al) Madison of Hillsboro, Sally (Scott) Gald of Richland Center, Sue McCarron of Reedsburg, Scott (Kristen) Sterba of Richland Center, 18 great grandchildren, 14 step great  grandchildren, 8 step great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lillian Ferstl, 2 sisters, Mary Ferstl, Caroline Ederer, 3 brothers, Clarence, Joseph and Walter Ferstl.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Richland
Center. Fr. Roger Scheckel will officiate with burial in the St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery in Plain on Tuesday at 1:45 P.M.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church from 9:30 A.M. until the time of Mass at 11:00 A.M.   The Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
