Gertrude Hausner age 99 of Plain passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Greenway Manor Nursing Home in Spring Green. She was born on March 16, 1911 in Bear Creek Township the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Schwartz) Dietl. She was married on September 24, 1935 to Adam Michael Hausner. Gertrude was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Plain. Survivors include: 4 children, Marilyn “Marlene” Dischler of Loganville, Eugene “Gene” (Georgene) Hausner of Spring Green, Leon Hausner of Loganville and Rita (Jerome) Pickar of Baraboo, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, a special cousin, Agnes Dietl, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Dietl, her husband, Adam Hausner, a son-in-law, John F. Dischler, 3 brothers, Hubert, Alphonse and John Dietl, 3 sisters, Mary Tupper, Bertha Dietl and Catherine Sutton Collins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Plain. Fr. Mike Resop will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church from 6:30 P.M.-8:30 P.M. and on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Luke’s Catholic Church. The Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green is assisting the family with the arrangements
